Privacy policy

This policy explains how NewCo ("NewCo", "we", "us"), operated by Unified Marketing LLC, collects, uses and protects information. It covers our website (https://insurance.unifiedmktg.com), our software (https://app.insurance.unifiedmktg.com), and the lead forms and ads we run for licensed insurance agents. Questions: support@unifiedmktg.com.
Who we serve
NewCo is software for licensed insurance agents ("agents"). Agents use it to run lead ads in their own Facebook and Instagram ad accounts, receive the people who ask for information ("leads"), follow up, and track results. For agent account data we are the controller. For lead data we act on the agent's behalf as a service provider/processor: the agent decides how leads are contacted.
Information we collect
From agents
- Account details: name, email, phone, agency, licensed states, license numbers, profile photo.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We store a customer ID and plan status, never full card numbers.
- Usage: pages used, settings, ads created, and technical logs (IP address, browser, device).
From Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only with the agent's permission
When an agent clicks "Continue with Facebook" and approves access in Meta's own window, we receive:
- The agent's Facebook user ID and name, and an access token.
- The Business portfolios, ad accounts, Pages and pixels/datasets the agent chooses to share.
- Ad performance data (Insights) for campaigns in the chosen ad account: spend, impressions, clicks, leads and cost per lead.
- Lead form submissions on the chosen Page (for example name, phone, email, state and answers to form questions), including the consent the person gave.
We use this Meta data only to provide NewCo to that agent: creating and managing the agent's lead ads, delivering their leads to them, showing their results, and sending the agent's own sales outcomes back to the agent's own pixel/dataset so their ads improve. We do not use Meta data for any other purpose, we do not combine one agent's Meta data with another's to target people, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers. Our use of information received from Meta follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
From people who fill in a lead form ("consumers")
- What you enter: name, phone, email, state, date of birth and answers about the coverage you want.
- Your consent to be contacted, with the exact wording, the time and the form it came from.
- Records of calls, texts and appointments with the agent, and opt-outs.
How we use information
- Deliver each lead to the agent who ran the ad, and help that agent follow up quickly.
- Run, measure and improve the agent's ads, including sending the agent's own lead outcomes (contacted, booked, sold) to Meta through the Conversions API, using hashed contact details or the Meta lead ID.
- Check compliance: duplicate and fake-number checks, do-not-call lists, quiet hours, and licensed states.
- Bill agents, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties.
Text messages and calls (TCPA)
Consumers are only contacted after they give express written consent on the form, which names the agent. Messages may be sent by automated technology and calls may use prerecorded or artificial voice where that consent covers it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help, or email us. We honor opt-outs across every channel and keep a do-not-contact record. We never sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
- The agent who ran the ad receives their leads.
- HonestyInsure, our follow-up partner, receives each lead to text, call and book appointments on the agent's behalf, and sends us the results.
- Meta, to run the agent's ads and to receive the agent's own conversion events.
- Service providers who process data for us under contract: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Telnyx (phone numbers, texting and calls), fal.ai (AI image and video creation for ads), Anthropic (AI writing for ad copy), and our email provider. AI providers receive ad prompts and creative, not consumer lead data.
- Legal: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the business with notice.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
- Meta access tokens: until the agent disconnects, removes our app in Facebook, or closes their account. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Ad performance data: while the agent's account is open, then deleted within 90 days.
- Leads and consent records: while the agent's account is open, then deleted within 90 days, except consent and opt-out records we keep up to 5 years to prove compliance.
- Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Agents can disconnect Facebook at any time on the Facebook page in the app, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens. You can also remove NewCo in Facebook under Settings → Business Integrations.
- Anyone can ask to see, correct or delete their information, or opt out, by emailing support@unifiedmktg.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we answer within 45 days and won't treat you differently for using them.
- Facebook users can request deletion of data we received from Meta. See Data deletion.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for tokens, access controls, and logging. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.
Children
NewCo is not for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes are emailed to agents.
